The University of Delhi has started Phase 2 of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2026 for undergraduate admissions, enabling candidates to submit their programme and college preferences

The admission process is being conducted through the university’s online CSAS portal for candidates who have completed the earlier registration stage and are eligible for undergraduate admissions based on their Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) scores

During this phase, applicants can choose and arrange their preferred combinations of programmes and colleges. The preference list submitted by candidates will be used during the seat allocation process

The university has advised applicants to carefully review eligibility criteria and course requirements before finalising their preferences. Once the preference window closes, the university will process allocations according to candidates’ CUET scores, category, programme eligibility and seat availability

The commencement of Phase 2 marks the next stage in Delhi University’s undergraduate admission process for the 2026-27 academic session. Following the closure of the preference-filling window, the university is expected to announce the first seat allocation list as per the notified admission schedule

Candidates have been advised to regularly check the official admission portal for updates on deadlines, seat allocation rounds and admission-related notifications

The CSAS process was introduced by the University of Delhi following the adoption of CUET for undergraduate admissions and continues to serve as the centralised platform for seat allocation across affiliated colleges
