College of Europe in Natolin opens new study track in European Security and Strategy – apply now for 2026/27 programmes and scholarships
The College of Europe in Natolin has opened applications for its postgraduate programmes for the 2026/27 academic year
In response to the growing need in Europe for experts in security, the College of Europe has announced a new European Security and Strategy study track within its Advanced MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies.
Besides this novelty, the College of Europe in Natolin invites candidates to apply for the one of four customisable majors: EU Public Affairs and Policies, the EU and the World, the EU in the Wider Europe and its Neighbours, and European History and Civilization
Each year, Natolin hosts over 120 students from more than 30 different countries. More than 70% of College of Europe students are granted partial or full scholarships by their government, the private sector or the College of Europe itself thanks to the support of EU institutions
Specifically, the College of Europe offers a large number of scholarships to university graduates coming from European Neighbourhood Policy countries for post-graduate studies at the College of Europe during the academic year 2026/2027. These scholarships cover academic expenses, accommodation, meals and travel costs
The College of Europe will also offer scholarships for a number of admitted students ofany country with a background or clear interest in European security. The scholarship scheme foresees the partial to full coverage of the costs of stay and studying for the new advanced Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies – European Security and Strategy Study Track at the College of Europe in Natolin.
The European Civilisation Chair at Natolin also offers scholarships, funded by the European Parliament, to graduates in History and related subjects from any country, who wish to follow the postgraduate programme in European Interdisciplinary Studies during the academic year 2026/2027.
In addition, the Polish Foreign Ministry offers full scholarships for the best candidates from Poland, Ukraine, and Türkiye
The deadline for applications is 14 January 2026
The College of Europe, established on the initiative of the Hague Congress, dates back to 1949 and is the oldest postgraduate institute of European studies. The founding idea was to establish an institute where university graduates from many different European countries could study and live together in preparation for international careers
