UYFC Phnom Penh offers 314 scholarships for 2026-27

Synopsis: Six local universities collaborate with youth leaders to provide diverse undergraduate and postgraduate degree opportunities

The Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) Phnom Penh has announced 314 full scholarships for the 2026–27 academic year, giving <a href="https://jiuniversity.com/bradford-restaurant-with-labour-link-may-become-student-flats/” title=”Bradford restaurant with Labour link may become student flats”>students and young people opportunities to pursue associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees at six partner higher education institutions

Partner universities include the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), National University of Management (NUM), Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), American University of Phnom Penh (AUP), Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) and New Generation University (NGU)

RUPP offers 20 scholarships across diverse disciplines such as languages, science, engineering, education and environmental studies. Applications close on September 30, requiring candidates to register directly for entrance examinations

NUM provides 10 bachelor’s and two master’s scholarships covering business, technology, law and public administration. Deadlines are September 11 for undergraduates and August 13 for postgraduates

Similarly, RULE allocates 10 bachelor’s and two master’s scholarships in law, economics and management, maintaining identical application deadlines

AUP offers 15 single-degree bachelor’s scholarships in fields like cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, international relations and law by September 11. Applicants need a Grade 12 grade of A, B or C, must pass university-administered tests in English and mathematics, and must pay an annual administrative fee of $300

RUA allocates 25 bachelor’s scholarships distributed across forestry, fisheries, agricultural engineering, economics and agricultural education, with applications closing on September 11

NGU provides the largest share, comprising 200 scholarships for associate and bachelor’s programmes and 30 for master’s programmes, closing on October 9. Undergraduate tracks include business, law and sciences, while master’s options cover education and public administration. Recipients incur annual administrative fees of $108 for undergraduate tracks and $200 for master’s programmes

Applicants need relevant academic qualifications and must complete a final assessment under UYFC Phnom Penh’s “Sowing Seeds” initiative
