University admissions 2027: Registration begins on July 1, 2027.

Candidates are expected to register and adjust their university admission preferences for 2027 from 9:00 AM on July 1st to 4:30 PM on July 13th

The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued a plan for the implementation of university and college admissions in 2027, specifying the progress of each stage from preparing admission information and registering preferences to announcing results and confirming enrollment

In November 2026, new regulations will be issued requiring schools to publish admissions information early

According to the Ministry’s plan, educational institutions must publish their 2027 enrollment information on their websites before December 31st

The Ministry of Education and Training plans to issue revised and supplemented regulations on university admissions in November 2026

Schools are responsible for developing admission plans, publicly disclosing information about the planned admission methods, and providing consistent information to enable candidates to proactively prepare for the 2027 high school graduation exam

Simultaneously, declare the database on the HEMIS system to facilitate the determination of enrollment quotas

During the preparation process, the plan also set milestones for reviewing learning data, training the system, and updating admission information for training institutions

Candidates are required to review their high school academic results on the system before 5 PM on June 6, 2027. From June 17, 2027 to June 21, 2027, candidates can practice registering and adjusting their college application preferences on the system

In 2027, candidates can register and adjust their college application preferences on the National Public Service Portal, through the general admissions support system, from 9:00 AM on July 1st to 4:30 PM on July 13th, 2027

Candidates are allowed to adjust their preferences an unlimited number of times within the specified period. This is a crucial time for candidates to review their priorities, compare admission requirements, and verify information before the registration deadline

Some key deadlines to note include: before 5 PM on June 20, 2027, is the deadline for submitting direct admission applications; and before 5 PM on June 30, 2027, is the deadline for training institutions to complete the direct admission process, announce the results, and update the list on the system

Departments of Education and Training will provide additional accounts to candidates (those who have graduated from high school, vocational school, etc.) who do not yet have an account to register for admission on the system (candidates without a Citizen Identification Card) from July 1st to July 12th, 2027

From 6-7 PM to 5 PM on July 20, 2027, schools and candidates should download the candidates’ certificates (language certificates, SAT scores, etc.) as proof for verification

From July 14th to 5 PM on July 20th, 2027, candidates will submit their application fees online. The period for resolving candidate errors will be from July 21st to 5 PM on July 24th, 2027. Training institutions and related units will continue to review and compile data during the last days of July 2027

Admission scores will be announced after 5 PM on August 12th, and enrollment confirmation will be made before August 19th, 2027

According to the plan, the application processing system to determine the highest-ranked application that candidates are eligible for in the first round will operate from August 6th to 5 PM on August 10th, 2027

Training institutions will review the application files of admitted candidates before 5 PM on August 11th and announce the first round of admission scores after 5 PM on August 12th, 2027
